Penny Christy Myers, Esq.

Practicing in Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, Trust Administration, and Business Entity Creation

Penny Myers is an attorney whose practice focuses primarily on trust formation, estate planning, trust administration, and business entity creation. She is the principal of The Law Network PC, an estate and business planning law firm in the Centennial/Greenwood Village area.

Penny began her career as a civil litigator with a Denver-based firm but transitioned into estate planning out of a desire to help people achieve peace of mind by ensuring that, at each stage of life, their affairs are in order. She enjoys helping clients determine the best course of action for their unique life circumstances.

Over the years, Penny has worked with clients at all stages of the planning process, from initial asset analysis and document review to drafting and funding various types of trusts, including revocable living trusts, personal residence trusts, charitable trusts, insurance trusts, and Medicaid trusts. Penny also works with family-owned businesses to create limited liability companies, corporations, and family limited partnerships.

A graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Penny obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, including its Trust & Estate, Business Law, and Elder Law Sections; the Douglas County Bar Association; and WealthCounsel. Penny is also a frequent speaker on topics related to estate, business, and asset protection planning.

Penny and her husband, Rob, have been married since 1991. They have experienced the joys and challenges of raising three children—a daughter and twin sons. A Nebraska native, Penny has lived in Colorado for most of her adult life. Penny has been involved in the fitness industry as an instructor and trainer since her early 20’s, which keeps her moving and active and interacting with people on a different type of personal level.

Penny approaches her practice with the understanding that life does not always go as expected. She believes that estate planning, which helps protect your loved ones and your legacy, is one of the best gifts you can give your family and friends.
